We gladly accept returns through the mail. In fact, your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We unconditionally accept any return and will credit full payment or exchange for free for below reasons:

If you have noticed above problem, so we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. Please contact admin@tszfashionrings.com, don’t forget include your order reference at all times, and we will look into it.

Refunds

Except the above reasons, We still happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition within 30 working days from purchase. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms and send us an email ahead of time. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

Return

To return the item, please contact admin@tszfashionrings.com first, don’t forget include your order reference, and we will help you all the time. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you may vary. You may also consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
